Details regarding personalization, which constitute an integral part of our regulations:
- Personalization is applied in the design phase, so it creates a uniform whole with the entire print on the product.
- personalized products and personalization pads (called individual designs) are not subject to return or exchange. This is due to the fact that both products with an added inscription/logo, as well as individual designs (even without additional marking), are sewn to the individual customer's order.
- personalization is only possible on products that have this option (there is a personalization option next to the size selection),
- personalization cannot cover the HighType SportsWear brand logo,
- personalization is only done on prepaid orders. If the customer chooses the personalization option and the cash on delivery option, the order will be canceled

- We do not present the final visualization, so please provide a detailed description of the project. All unspecified items will be performed at the discretion of our schedulers. Precise location involves providing the place and approximate size, e.g. left breast, approximately 10 cm. We do not guarantee that the size of the graphics will be perfectly reflected as some deviations result from the production process.
- Each element (front, back, left sleeve, right sleeve, left leg, right leg) can have one graphic image. The graphic image may consist of an inscription, a logo or a combination of these elements, but it must be in one file, maintaining the appropriate proportions and distance, because in the arrangement we receive it will be printed on the product.
- All elements will be matched to the template. If the given size exceeds the capacity of the product, it will be reduced. If the graphic consists of many elements, the size of all elements will decrease proportionally. For example: the graphic consists of 1 inscription and 2 logos and only the inscription will not fit on the product. Nevertheless, the logos will also be reduced in proportion to the inscription.
- We are not responsible for the quality of the materials sent. Each uploaded file should have a minimum of 200 dpi in the actual size (i.e. the size we want to print). Otherwise, there may be a loss of quality in printing. Simple graphics, e.g. a circle, a square, a simple font, can be delivered in the form of JPG, PSD, PDF. In the case of more complex graphics, the files must be delivered in a version without a background, i.e. in the PNG format.
- The print cannot obscure or cover our logo. We may also refuse to print a design for which there is a suspicion that the logo or graphic does not belong to the client. E.g. Logos of famous brands. We also do not print items deemed offensive.
